Our Team
David A. Bratton, B.A. (Psych), MBA, FCMC, CHRP
David is the President of Bratton Consulting Inc., a firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, customer-focused human resources services. David has over thirty years of experience in managing, teaching, executive coaching and consulting. He was Director of Human Resources for London Life Insurance Company prior to becoming an independent management consultant. He is a Certified Management Consultant and is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and holds the position as the Association's Treasurer. His consulting specialties are Change Management and Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Career Counselling, Assessment of Organization Effectiveness, Management Reviews, Coaching/Mentoring and Operational Audits.
Susan Reynolds-Millar
Susan is the Office Manager and Assistant to the President of Bratton Consulting. She is also the Client Services Administrator for our Business Partner, DBM, and oversees the management of the career counselling side of Bratton Consulting's business. With over twenty years of experience in senior administrative, corporate legal and corporate secretarial functions, Susan was the Assistant to the Vice-President and Corporate Counsel, Office Manager of the Labatt Toronto Executive Office, Assistant to the Vice-President, Finance and Administration, and following her transfer to the London office, she was the Public Company Administrator and was then appointed to the position of Assistant Corporate Secretary of John Labatt Limited.
Lezlie Wolfe, B.A. Senior Consultant, DBM Canada
Lezlie has over fifteen years of experience in various human resources disciplines including training, payroll, benefits, pension and health & safety. In addition, Lezlie is currently teaching at Fanshawe College on a part-time basis in the department of Management and Business, focusing on HR/payroll, labour and tax-related legislation. She is a certified and trained RSP (Retirement Success Profile) Retirement Coach. Lezlie specializes in Human Resources Consulting, Outplacement/Career Counseling and Retirement Success Planning.
